Snowmine is a 5-piece orchestration, assembled in Brooklyn, and fronted by composer/vocalist Grayson Sanders.
Their sound spans musical landscapes from electro-acoustic, tribal, to classical, all within the context of some well textured indie rock. Their latest LP, Laminate Pet Animal, takes us on flights of fancy and folly. On this evening, we’re treated to a unique brew courtesy of the quintet, with hints of some pretty iconic vocal stylings, but I’ll save the lofty comparisons for you to claim. I look around at a seemingly entranced audience, feeling like we caught the right flame.
